A focus on personal responsibility, decision-making, and self-identity.

Daily and weekly athletic training sessions that teach teamwork, perseverance, and discipline.
Exposure to strength, speed, and agility training with professional coaches.
Focus on building healthy habits and confidence through movement.

Each participant is paired with a committed mentor who provides guidance, accountability, and encouragement.
Weekly sessions on topics like leadership, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, respect, and goal setting.
Monthly guest speakers from the community — athletes, entrepreneurs, and leaders — who model excellence.

Youth engage in community service projects to learn the value of giving back.
Partnerships with schools, churches, and civic organizations to expand the program’s reach.
Long-term goal: establish an independent facility and launch an AI-driven learning center modeled after the Alpha School in Texas.

The Standard is partnering with local elementary and middle schools to help boys ages 8–10 build strong foundations for life and leadership. Through mentorship, teamwork, and hands-on lessons, participants learn essential life skills like money management, hygiene, and digital safety while developing discipline, confidence, and character. Each week combines physical activity with fun, guided learning to teach responsibility, respect, and emotional control. With caring mentors and family involvement, boys learn to lead themselves first—so they can one day lead others with integrity, purpose, and pride.

Both The Standard and SDPD share a unified mission:
Empower young men to reach their full potential through mentorship, athletics, and education.
Reduce youth involvement in negative or high-risk activities.
Rebuild community trust between local youth and law enforcement.
Develop leaders who embody discipline, teamwork, respect, and service.
